Your Duties and Responsibilities...

- Communicating and providing information to staff, members and prospective members
- Controlling access into the facility
- Manage operational and administrational requirements
- Engaging with members by delivering excellent customer service experiences, driving digital engagement and inspire member loyalty
- Supporting the member floor experience through promoting safe exercise, and maintaining cleanliness of the exercise floor
- Control all cash through the reception area and ensure that compliance is maintained
Minimum requirements
Our Minimum Requirements...
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate and/or NQF Level 4 or higher equivalent preferably in the fitness environment
- Previous frontline experience in a customer service industry
- Good understanding and knowledge of digital platforms
- Sound knowledge of Virgin Active exercise experiences
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and the desired customer experience
- Sound knowledge of club rules, operating standards, and safety protocol
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
